medical release form* and a check for $100 made out to:

Additional Information:
The MI Junior Hoopsters camp will be under the supervision of Coach Matt Price, (former MI alum and basketball coach and trainer), the MIHS Girls’ Basketball coaching staff and players. Proceeds will benefit the MIHS Girls’ Basketball Program.
