Construction, Demolition Work to Begin on Former True Value Hardware, Islander Pub Site
A new apartment building built by Legacy Partners and Synergy Construction will begin construction this fall at SE 27th St. and 76th Ave Southeast.

Synergy Construction (of Woodinville) and Legacy Partners have formally announced the construction of a new mixed-use development project at SE 27th Street in Town Center, next to the recently completed Aviara building.
Construction on 209 apartment units, underground parking, and ground-floor retail and restaurant spaces, is scheduled to begin later this month. The project will also include a public plaza area.
The companies involved have conducted outreach to neighbors and businesses in the vicinity, have pledged to support local businesses, and are required to minimize impacts as much as possible.
