Teen Driving Study

New teenage driver? Want to help test technologies to improve teen driving?

Teenage drivers between the ages of 15 and 18, and their parents, are invited to consider participating in a pilot study. Teens in King and Snohomish Counties who have smart phones, regular access to a family car, and a recent driver’s license may be eligible. We are studying two new devices for safer driving. Enrolled teens will be paid $180 (in gas or gift cards) for participating over six months. Participation is voluntary.

-Drivers license (received between September 2011 and October 2012)

-Smart phone and ability to download apps (no iPhones or Windows 7 phones)

-Access to a car at least three times a week
