Mercer Island Patch Welcomes Islander FC and Vicky Hinds to its Local Voices Section

Last week Mercer Island Patch welcomed two new bloggers, Islander FC and Vicky Hinds.

Established in 2011, Islander FC is Mercer Island's premier youth soccer league. The club's first blog post announces this season's upcoming tryouts and even includes a cool video about the program. Click here to check it out! Tryouts run from April 24-30.

Hinds' first post, YMCA Community Event: 'Healthy Kids Day' is April 27, gives a preview of the Y's upcoming health fair geared toward youth, including kid-friendly tips to build healthy habits.
