Mercer Island's Chantal O'Brien Featured in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue

First reported by the PI.com, ABC's "The Bachelor" contestant and Mercer Island resident Chantal O'Brien is now making a splash in a new venue: Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue (Video Link).

Formerly an executive assistant to local auto dealership owner and father Mike O'Brien, the 28-year-old has launched a nascent career as a television celebrity and appears to be exploring new opportunities with the Caribbean photo shoot. She captured the attention of show producers and media alike after upon their official introduction.

Sports Illustrated chose the three remaining contestants from the "reality" television show to appear—in addition to a number of swimsuit models—at the same location on the island territory of Anguilla. Four episodes of the show remain, with the finale of "The Bachelor" set for 8 p.m., March 14.
