March 3: Kids Workshop at

• 9 am to noon
• Kids ages five to twelve with an adult caretaker
• This month’s project is a #20 speedster race car. Kids will learn to build their very own race car while learning tool safety.
• Kids get to bring home their project, a kids-size workshop apron, commemorative pin and certificate of achievement.
• Cost: Free. No preregistration required.

March 4: Drop In Gym at the for Special Needs Kids and Teens

• 2 pm to 4 pm
• Enjoy this program for special needs kids and teens ages five to fifteen.  Meet up with friends and family to enjoy playing in facility with your child or teen.  The facility is not staffed so supervision by a parent or caregiver is required at all times. Program is offered every other Sunday this fall so next drop in gym will be March 18th.
• Cost: $3.25 per resident, $4.50 for non-residents of Mercer Island.

March 5: Indoor Playground at the

• 9:30 am to Noon
• Kids six and under accompanied by an adult caregiver will enjoy zipping around on scooters and playing with balls, giant blocks and other fun toys. A great place for you and your child to get out of the rain and run, play, socialize and have fun.
