Presenters Maren Ostergard, Early Literacy/Outreach Librarian for the King County Library System and CiKeithia Pugh, Early Literacy Program Manager at the Seattle Public Library, will discuss how to help babies and toddlers get ready to read.
Learn techniques for reading aloud to your child, five simple practices and six skills to help your child get ready to read, discover new books and resources to support story telling and learn what support your local library has to offer.
Cost: $5 for PEPS and JCC members, $10 general public
