March 24: Parent Night Out at the

• 5 pm to 10 pm
• For ages six months through 5th grade.
• This event’s theme is Athletes and Actors.  Athletes wear your favorite athletic attire and get ready for relay races, obstacle courses and sporting events where you’ll compete for prizes. Aspiring actors will enjoy interactive drama games and live action clue game. 
• Cost: Six months through four years of age, $40 SJCC member, $50 non-members, five years through fifth grade, $30 SJCC members, $15 for each sibling age five and older, non SJCC members $40 for the first child and $20 for siblings age five and up.

March 24 & 25: Sing-a-Long Sound of Music at the

• 3/24 at 7 pm, 3/25 at 2 pm
• For families with kids ages five and up.
• Get ready to yodel! This is your family's chance to sing along to the most successful musical of all time. The movie will play on a big screen with subtitles so you can easily sing along. 
• Dress as your favorite character and compete for great prizes.

March 25: Half Mile Kids’ Dash at the 40th Annual Mercer Island Half

• Dash begins at 8 am at the .
• No dogs (except service dogs) or baby strollers allowed on any of the courses.
• Cost: $10 per participant, pre-register online by 3/23 or register in person at the Pre-Race Expo at the from 1 pm to 5 pm on 3/24 or day of the event at the community center beginning at 6:30 am. The Kids Dash is sponsored by Overlake Medical Center and a portion of the registration fee for all the races goes to benefit colon cancer prevention and charities.

• Hang out, do homework, play board games or just chat. Teen Zone is a great place to complete group work for school or catch up with friends. Mondays after school with some exceptions. No Teen Zone April 2.
