Fun activities and some sweet deals for the whole family this upcoming week.
Nov. 2: Very Young Toddler Story Time at the
- 10:00 am to 10:40 am
- For ages 12 months to 24 months with an adult caregiver
- Enjoy stories, rhymes and music.

Nov. 2: Story Time for Terrific Twos and Threes at the
- 11 am to 11:30 am
- For ages two to three with an adult caregiver.
- Enjoy stories, rhymes, finger plays and fun.
- Cost: Free
Nov. 3: Preschool Story Time at the

- For ages three to five with an adult caregiver.
- Celebrate the world of language with stories, rhymes, activities and lots of fun.

Nov. 4: Indoor Playground at the
- 2 pm to 4:30 pm
- Kids six and under accompanied by an adult caregiver will enjoy zipping around on scooters and playing with balls, giant blocks and other fun toys. A great place for you and your child to get out of the rain and run, play, socialize and have fun.

- Enjoy stories with Colleen Squier and refreshments.

Nov. 6: Drop In Gym at the for Special Needs Kids and Teens
- 2 pm to 4 pm
- Enjoy a new program for special needs kids and teens ages five to fifteen. Meet up with friends and family to enjoy playing in facility with your child or teen. The facility is not staffed so supervision by a parent or caregiver is required at all times. Program is offered every other Sunday this fall so next drop in gym will be November 20.
- Cost: $3.25 per resident, $4.50 for non-residents of Mercer Island.

Book Fairs at
- Deal: Wednesday evenings, Nov. 2, 9, 16 and 30th, Island Books is hosting book fairs to raise money for local schools. Nov. 2 benefits Pixie Hill Preschool and Nov. 9 benefits Emmanuel Day School.
- Enjoy visiting with parents and friends over a glass of wine and appetizers and get some of your holiday shopping done early!
- All four Book Fairs start at 6:30 pm
Save the Date! Nov. 13 Toy Swap
- Deal: Buy, sell, donate or volunteer at the Mercer Island Preschool’s Association’s toy swap. A portion of the proceeds goes to fund MIPA charities and operations.
