During the few couple weeks, Mercer Island Patch has welcomed a trio new bloggers.

Students at Northwest Yeshiva High School, Eastside Leadership and Calvin W. Goings are now adding their voices to Patch.

Northwest Yeshiva High School (NYHS) junior, Mathias Cohanim, interviewed the founder of Redeeming Soles, a local non-profit organization that distributes shoes to those in need for the  school's first blog post.

Eastside Leadership introduced the Leadership Enrichment Program, where Patch readers can learn more about the two-year program at several upcoming open house.

Calvin W. Goings, the regional administrator of the Small Business Administration, wrote about the benefits of exporting goods small businesses.
