The Mercer Island Farmers Market will host Caspar Babypants (aka: Chris Ballew from "The Presidents of the United Statesof America") will be returning to Bicentennial Park and 32nd Street SE on Sunday, July 21.
According to its Facebook page, Caspar is one of Seattle's favorite performers, "guaranteed to have you and your little one up and dancing."
