If you've never attended a yoga retreat, the mere idea of a retreat might intimidate you-like it did me-or it may just seem enigmatic. However, once you've participated in a yoga retreat, you are forever changed. Although I have been athletic for most of my life, flexibility is not my forte, and yoga, is-in its essence-a practice of flexibility in both mind and body.
