Seniors Kept Top of Mind at Washington State Fair's "Senior Tuesdays"

Senior Tuesdays at the State Fair in Puyallup are held on both Tuesdays of the Fair, Sept. 10 and 17.

Seniors are important part of any fair, and the Washington State Fair is no exception. What better way to recognize them than to offer special activities on Senior Tuesdays on both Tuesdays of the Fair, Sept. 10 and 17. Adding to the fun, Red Hatter events will make both days complete.

As seniors enter the Washington State Fair on Tuesdays, they will receive a coupon book filled with Fair savings as well as a senior activity sheet full of things seniors will enjoy all around the Fair. For the early birds. Seniors are invited to the Showplace Stage, sponsored by Aqua Rec’s Swimmin’ Hole and Fireplace, at 10 a.m. for FREE coffee and pastries.

Walgreens will be making a presentation on presenting “Benefits of Community Pharmacy,” while Verizon will be giving a “Cell Phone 101” lesson on the Showplace Stage at 10:20 a.m. both Tuesdays. Stick around after the lectures to hear Coal Train Express perform at 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
