It's October, fall is here but is it time to move the workout indoors? No way, according to Jacob Rice of ALIVE Fitness.
After working as a trainer for Fitness Together, the 33-year old former farmhand from Carbondale, KS started his own company four years ago and looked busy Monday afternoon running his Monday morning go-getters through a battery of cardiovascular excercises.
"I love this job," he said, "I can beat the pulp out of people and they come back looking for more."
These high-stepping folks in excercise attire were spotted running through the cross-training program in the warm, early autumn weather along 76th Avenue SE, just south of SE 27th Street.
