Bellevue Strawberry Festival

• Where/When: Saturday and Sunday, June 25th and 26th from 10 am to 8 pm and 10 am to 5 pm at Crossroads Park,  NE 8th St and 164th Ave NE

• Why Go: Tons of family fun with bouncers, carnival games, a climbing wall and the infamous big purple slide!  Visit over 75 craft and merchant vendors and taste delicious food from our food vendors.  Don’t forget to have some strawberry shortcake to kick-off the summer, or even enter a strawberry shortcake eating contest.
• Pricing: Admission is free, but ride tickets are $1 each or 12 tickets for $10

• Why Go: The Mercer Island Farmers Market connects growers, consumers, and the Island business community to create a valuable, sustainable community asset. The benefits resonate beyond our local community by contributing to sustainability of our region’s agricultural production The Market was organized by Mercer Island residents who have a passion for healthy living, a desire to offer fresh locally grown produce and who want to support our local farmers.  We strive to create a place for people of all ages to gather, learn and shop together

The 18th Annual Detlef Schrempf Foundation Celebrity Gala & Auction "Cirque du Celebrite"

• Where/When: Saturday  June 25th from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at  Meydenbauer Center,  11100 NE 6th Street, Bellevue

• Why Go: This event is an annual fundraiser for children and teens effected by HIV/AIDS. The evening will begin with a reception that includes a silent auction, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Guests will have the opportunity to mingle with local dignitaries, esteemed athletes and Hollywood celebrities. The event will continue with dinner and a live auction hosted by John Curley, former host of KING5's Evening Magazine. The auction lineup includes items in categories such as wine, sports memorabilia, entertainment, travel/vacations, art and unique merchandise.
