Mercer Island Farmers Market Opens June 9
Music, gardening demonstrations and fun activities are also planned all-season long at the outdoor summer market on SE 32nd St. in Mercer Island's Town Center.
The Mercer Island Farmers Market Opening Day is getting ready to kick off the season on Sunday, June 9.
The Farmers Market, located along SE 32nd Street near Mercerdale Park, boasts 45 sales stalls, with 10 new vendors this year. The MI Farmers Market will run June 9 - Oct. 13 every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., except July 14 (for Summer Celebration) and August 3 (during the Sea Fair air show). The market will also re-open for a special harvest market just before Thanksgiving on Nov. 24.
