Same Taste, New Name for Mercer Island Bagel Shop

The five Seattle-area Noah's Bagels shops, including Mercer Island's, are changing their name to Einstein Bros.

You may have noticed the new sign already.

The owners of Noah's Bagels have recently rebranded their shops to the brand.

The move lets the shops offer a larger selection of healthier fare and a broader specialty beverage offering, the company said in a news release.

“Seattle continues to be a favorite market for our company and by now offering 15 fresh bagel flavors and adding our Smart Choices menu, we hope to be able to provide local residents with more options that fit into their healthy lifestyle,” said Jeff O’Neill, chief executive officer of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group.

Besides Mercer Island, Einstein Bros. has locations in Kirkland, and four Seattle shops: University Village, Fourth and Cherry, and Queen Anne.
