Wealth Workshop for Women

On Sunday, February 13, from 3pm to 5pm, Mercer Island's Business of the Year, Studio 904, is hosting a free networking event in celebration of women. I will be the featured speaker at this event, which is the first in a series of four financial empowerment workshops.

The first workshop will cover topics such as "your money mindset" and you will learn some simple but powerful steps you can take to feel more competent and confident about your relationship with money. The key is to achieve a sense of control over your financial destiny, one small step at a time. In upcoming workshops, we will address topics such as estate and tax planning, and efficient investing.

How much better would you sleep at night if you were prepared and you knew you would weather any storm-even one that wasn't forecast? The principles we address in the workshop will serve you well no matter what situations come your way. You will learn at least one new idea, or gain some clarity around an old idea. Additionally, you will all leave the workshop with at least one action item to complete.

There is no charge for the workshop, but we ask that you consider a small donation of $10 to Mercer Island Youth and Family Services.
