Real Estate Alert - unsolicited property sales contracts sent to islanders

Unsolicted real estate sales contracts are being sent via US mail to local islanders that could confuse the elderly and unsuspecting homeowners into unwanted property transfers. King county GIS property records which are NOT supposed to be used for commercial purposes may be used to generate data for these "contracts." islanders should be careful and investigate fully before signing these "contracts".
