Celebrate National Pancake Day

Take the family out for a round of short stacks at IHOP, and contribute to a good cause.

Pancakes aren't just for weekend brunch.

In honor of National Pancake Day, the International House of Pancakes (IHOP) will serve up one free, piping hot short stack to every customer on Tuesday, March 1, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

IHOP adopted this centuries-old tradition — also known as Shrove Tuesday, Fat Tuesday, or Mardi Gras — in 2006 as a fundraiser for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
