  • Where/When: The Gallery is open daily, but hours do vary on the weekends. Check out our  listing for all the info.
  • Why Go: Feel like checking out some art this weekend but don't want to battle I-90? You're in luck, the Mercer View Gallery has a new watercolor exhibit up and ready to be viewed. The exhibit opening was last weekend, so you shouldn't have to battle any crowds what-so-ever.
  • Pricing: Admission is free.

  • Where/When: 3 p.m. Sat, April 2 at .
  • Why Go: Just like last week, the Roanoke Inn is the Island's go-to-spot for all things March Madness. So, grab some friends and come out to Roanoke and get some food, drinks and enjoy the games!
  • Pricing: No cover.

  • Where/When: 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. Fri, April 1 at  in Bellevue.
  • Why Go: Start your weekend off by checking out the brand new art exhibit at Hallway Gallery. Renowned artist, Eileen P. Goldenberg will be on site to answer questions about her stunning collection and to present a demonstration beginning at 7 p.m. If you're not already stoked for this event, this youtube clip of Goldenberg in action should do the trick.
  • Pricing: Admission is free. Enjoy complimentary wine and refreshments all evening.

  • Where/When: 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Sat, April 2. Start at the  in Bellevue, then spend the day hiking in the Snoqualmie Pass area.
  • Why Go: Just because it's Spring doesn't mean you can't pick up a new winter activity. There's been plenty of snow fall this past week, and with any luck you'll get a beautiful sunny day of snowshoeing in on Saturday. 
  • Pricing: $30 per person, registration required.


  • Where/When: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sat, April 2 at the Othello Event Center in Seattle.
  • Why Go: Be the first of your friends to check out this brand new public market in Seattle. The market will represent cultures from all around the world, think of it as an "International Pike Place." Looking for hard to find foreign spices? The Othello Public Market is probably your best bet.
  • Pricing: Admission is free.
