  • Why Go: Looking for laughs this weekend? Just a short drive across the bridge to the Parlor in Bellevue is where you'll find them. Robert Kelly is a stand-up genius.   • Why Go: If your house is in the middle of a remodeling project, or if you're just in the market for some new home furnishings. Be sure to stop by this Seattle Market in Georgetown on Saturday. The list of participating vendors is huge, so you wont worry about driving from dealer to dealer all day, they'll all be in one spot!
  • Price: Admission is free.

  • Why Go: Sping is here and the days of walking the soggy links are almost behind us. Come out the Maplewood Golf Course this Friday for the Kiwanis Club's 21st Annual Golf Classic. Teams of four will compete for top, longest drive, closest to the pin and more.
  • Price: $75 per person or $300 per team (teams of 4). Proceeds benefit various local organizations.

  • Where/When: 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Sun, May 1 at the .
  • Why Go: Wind down from the weekend's craziness with a good ol' fashioned hymn sing along at the Mercer Island Covenant Church. The event will feature the Covenant Shores Retirement Community Orchestra, an organ and  piano, as well as additional musical treats.
  • Price: Free.
