Mercer Island Half Marathon to Hit the Pavement March 24
The annual Mercer Island Rotary's Half Marathon will hit the streets on March 24. The run, walk and kids' dash raises money and awareness to fight colon cancer, and benefits other Rotary charities.
Are your legs ready? It's almost time for the the annual Mercer Island Rotary's Half Marathon.
The races will hit the streets the morning of March 24. The run, walk and kids' dash raises money and awareness to fight colon cancer, and benefits other Rotary charities.
Thousands of runners and walkers participate in the event, which includes 10K and 5K walks and runs and Kids' Dash.

The event starts with a pre-race expo Saturday March 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center, where participants can pick up bibs, get acquainted with the maps, and register for the event.
Race day registration starts at 6:30 a.m. at the community and event center, with staggered start times for the various events.

Registration costs range from $35 to $75 for the various events, with discounted prices for seniors and military. Click here to register online.
