The Islander Pub St. Patrick's Day Lunch/Dinner

  • Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with Corned Beef & Cabbage, Shepherds Pie, Guinness Mixes and Irish Specialty Drinks!

  • Why Go: Come celebrate the arrival of spring, and the Irish in us all this St. Patrick’s Day with a 4-mile jaunt from Seattle Center to the Aurora Bridge and back.
  • Cost: Registration is $35 

  • Where/When: 7-10 p.m. on Friday, March 16, at the .
  • Why Go: Mercer Island teens in sixth, seventh and eighth grade are invited to the Mercer Island Boys & Girls Club Middle School Masquerade Dance this Friday night. Be sure to bring a mask, it’ll save you $5 on admission. Don’t have a mask? You can pick one up at the dance for an additional cost. Photo opportunities are available for $3.
  • Cost: $5 with a mask, $10 without a mask.

  • Where/When: 7:30 p.m. on Friday and 2:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday at the.
  • Why Go: This weekend will be your last chance to catch the Youth Theatre’s production of Peter Rabbit. Expect exuberant and youthful storytelling and a full array of bunny costumes! This original version of Peter Rabbit was adapted for Youth Theatre Northwest by Monica Flory and is directed by Kim Douthit.
  • Cost: Tickets are $10.

  • Why Go: Get your live music fix at Cypress this Friday night. St. Paul de Vence is an indie Americana band with soulful lyrics and percussive beats. Check out this very cool YouTube clip of a St. paul de Vence performance to see if this show is for you.

  • Where/When: 8-11 a.m. on Saturday, March 17, at  in Bellevue.
  • Why Go: Join Samena Swim & Recreation Club this Saturday for their 3rd annual St. Patty’s Day Dash in Lake Hills. The 5K course has been mapped out on the trails  surrounding the Lake Hills area. Dress up and show your Irish spirit. Awards are given out for most spirited and other fun categories. Snacks and drinks are provided after the race.  
  • Cost: Registration varies. Souvenir T-shirts are included in the cost and will be available for pick up two weeks post-race.

  2. Why Go: Don’t forget your dancing shoes for this fun family friendly event at the Lake Sammamish Foursquare Church. DJ Bizzel will be on site all night playing all your favorite tunes.
  3. Cost: $10 per person, children under 8 are free.
