  • Why Go: This week, the Mercer Island Arts Council's "Classics on Film" features the winner of the 2011 Oscar for Best Feature Length Documentary, Inside Job (Charles Ferguson, 2010).   • Why Go: Grab your friends and family for this special evening of music at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church this Saturday. Operatoberfest isn't just for fans of opera. Expect a variety of musical genres, everything from musical theater ditties to popular jazz songs. Children of any age are welcome and they might even be asked to assist in some of the numbers!
  • Pricing: A suggested donation to you're favorite cause. You can bring food for the food bank, clothing for homeless, or cash for a variety of causes.
