A towel-clad man was spotted walking along State Route 520 this afternoon in a photo tweeted by the Washington State Department of Transportation around 3:15 p.m.
Officials with the Washington State Department of Transportation said that the department had no additional information about the man, who was spotted in a towel draped around him like a toga near the 98th Avenue Southeast camera.
Patch has contacted the Washington State Patrol for additional information about the man and will update if we hear anything.
