3-Day Pre-Holiday Juice Cleanse

Don’t let the stress of the upcoming holidays throw your healthy lifestyle out the window! With this 3-Day Pre-Holiday Juice Cleanse you will de-clutter your body by eliminating unwanted toxins. Together, Emily Kasman and Vital Juice Co. , bring you this purifying experience that will improve your digestion and cultivate energy, both physically and mentally. Imagine entering into the holiday season without emotional or physical baggage. A freeing thought!

Your cleanse will begin with a 2 hour meeting on Sunday November 17th from 1:30-3:30PM which will include a Yin Yoga class. A deep part of any cleanse is listening to what messages your body is sending you. Through a yin practice, you will begin this process and will continue to tune into your body's sensations throughout the length of the cleanse. In Sunday's meeting we will set intentions. What do you want to accomplish? Where do you want your attention to be? How do you want to feel during and after? Please bring a journal for use in this exercise. We will begin our physical cleanse Monday November 18th-Wednesday November 20th.

• Yin Yoga class
• Intention setting workshop
• 6 Juices per day
   - 4 vegetable juices
   - 1 fruit juice
   - 1 Almond Milk per day
• Daily journaling exercises

After the physical cleanse process is over, that is when the new you begins! Emily will extend her guidance afterwards offering recipes, answering questions and providing moral support while you re-acclimate back into daily life.
