Community Corner

Holocaust Remembrance Speaker & Breakfast

Leo Hymas  will be on campus to speak with NYHS students and guests.  Mr. Hymas was a US soldier who helped to liberate the Buchenwald concentration camp.  He is also the soldier that Rabbi Lau spoke about to President Obama last week in Israel.  Mr. Hymas will share his story with us at 9 am on Friday morning, April 5th.

This event is  free and open to all.

After the talk and discussion, we would like to invite guests and Holocaustsurvivors in our community to enjoy a late breakfast with our graduating Class of 2013.
