In this workshop we will learn stretches to release tension in tight shoulders, exercises to improve your posture by activating the muscles in your back and correct alignment to stabilize your shoulders. Time will be spent breaking down the pose and addressing how to transition into, through and out of Chaturanga safely. With these tools, practicing Chaturanga can become and enjoyable experience that allows you to feel powerful and aligned.
