Officer Jennifer Franklinwill address members of the Mercer Island Historical Society and other interested members of the community about the importance of being prepared for a major emergency and knowing how to be self sufficient for as long as seven days when public safety and emergency medical services are overwhelmed and not available to respond to most calls.
