Want to explore new ways of building trust, creating unity , and finding a unique balance in your life? Join Rachel as we share strength, provide support and open ourselves to playfulness. In this workshop you and your partner will assist each other to move further into poses, challenging existing edges and explore new ones. If you are new to partner yoga or interested in exploring the practice in a diverse way, this is the place to begin. Bring a partner or come solo. Invite a friend, family member, co-worker or spouse and enjoy this workshop together.
Join is in the lobby after the workshop for some sparkling cider and Oh Chocolate .
Yoga experience is helpful but not required. Age 14+ is highly recommended.
