Practices in Gratitude

Are you looking for a grateful way to start your
Thanksgiving Day?  Yogabliss, a yoga studio on the north end of Mercer Island, is hosting Practices of Gratitude the morning of Thanksgiving Day.  All proceeds from these two yoga classes will directly support Mercer Island Youth & Family Services, the human services organization
that touches all Islanders through counselors in the schools, senior outreach and advocacy, affordable family counseling, family assistance and a thriving thrift shop.


Vinyasa yoga classes are $20 each with the option to donate more, if you wish.  Sign up now, and plan
to start your Thanksgiving in a grateful way.  If you cannot start your Thanksgiving with a yoga session,
you can donate at Yogabliss during the week of Thanksgiving.  They will be receive your gifts at the front
desk.


Yoga sessions at 8:00 and again at 10:00 a.m.
