Put the turkey in the oven and come workout with us Thanksgiving morning. A special hour and 20 minute workout geared toward getting the calories burning! 8:00 we start with Hip Hop and Pop (hopping optional), 8:30 Latin Core, and we'll wrap it up with Dancing Derrieres!
Bring 2 non-perishable grocery items for Mercer Island Youth and Family Services Food Bank, and $5.00 for Red Cross. Weights (optional), water bottle, sweat towel.
