Painting a Better Tomorrow

Low-Income Seniors Receive Help from Local Builders Association.

Local nonprofit, Imagine Housing’s Ellsworth House (Mercer Island) will be painted by volunteers as part of the Master Builders Care Foundation’s annual Painting a Better Tomorrow, Saturday November 2.

Imagine Housing is the only Eastside-based nonprofit dedicated to developing affordable rental housing and providing supportive services for the very lowest income members of the community. Ellsworth House, the site of the project, is a diverse community for low-income seniors. 

Since its inception in October of 2003, Painting a Better Tomorrow has brought together more than 1,400 volunteers and made improvements for more than 46 agencies.
