Ride the wave with other athletes from around the Pacific Northwest who are charting their winning course by swimming, cycling and running their way to fitness and athletic excellence in preparation for this year’s Seafair Triathlon. Grab your first mates and come out to Seward Park on Lake Washington. This beautiful and scenic course offers an incredible experience for athletes of all ability levels.

Volunteer Opportunities

We still many volunteers for the Triathlon and some areas we need volunteers are our Transition Zone and Finish Line. All volunteers need to sign up via this link http://seafair.com/subcontent.aspx?SecID=924 and if that link doesn't work than please go to the Seafair website and click on the Volunteer tab.
