Seasonal Yoga Workshop

As the seasons change…can you feel the effects on your body and mind?

This workshop will provide information and suggestions to help you transition gracefully from one season to the next. Our focus will be helping you establish personal practices for maintaining a balanced and healthful life.

What will be included:

●60 minute dynamic Vinyasa yoga practice – focusing on focusing on warming, grounding and calming practices to prepare us as the days become shorter and grow darker.
●Diagnosis of your individual yoga personality trait
●Identification of foods that help create warmth, stability and nourishment within the body as we shift into the Yin time of year.
●How to create a proper daily routine that removes toxins, produces healthy digestion and brings balance into your life.
