The RIDE! ~ Indoor cycling and strength training.

15 Sundays of progressive base building, strength building, stamina building, threshold raising, indoor cycling.                                               

You can expect approximately 90 minutes in the saddle each week followed by 25 minutes of cycling and triathlon specific strength work, all wrapped up with a good, deep stretch.                                                                         

You will need plenty of fluids, possibly a little fuel and a whole lot of positive attitude! (and remember your tennis shoes for the strength portion of class!)

Jump onto one of our 24 Lemond Revmaster indoor cycles, or bring your own bicycle and indoor trainer.                                                                      

As always, no extra charge for our Club Emerald members. $12 drop in fee for non-members, or purchase the entire class series in advance for a discounted rate of $145
