Erika Schmidt, APR is president and COO of FRAUSE, an integrated communications firm. Erika will provide information about how business can decide on how to use social media and how to use it effectively. She is an expert who believes that not every channel of communications is right for every business. She will share her thoughts on when social media is right for a business and provide tips on how to maximize effectiveness. Erika is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, sits on the board of Leadership Tomorrow and chairs the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County board.
