The speaker is Ron Sher, successful developer and creator of vibrant local retail community centers, including Crossroads Shopping Center in east Bellevue, and Third Place Books and Third Place Commons at Lake Forest Park Towne Centre. He bikes thousands of miles each year and describes himself as an environmentalist. He is a number cruncher who loves books. He has been a sheep farmer in the Palouse and run a Navy PX. He believes in bulding community.
