Our "Kid-raising Barn" up on First Hill-

Mercer Island Homes should be special inasmuch as this not too big island out in Lake Washington encourages it by virtue of its splendid sites and mountain views. On sunny days, to the East the Cascades are especiall enticing (& easily reached).

The I-90 Floating Bridge provides easy Access to the "right-size" city of Seattle by car or bus. If you get there early enough, leave your car in the Park & Ride & take the frequent articulated busses. At the end of the day, the relaxed, easy commute gets you home with time to enjoy a nice, personalized custom home and garden.
