Plan on getting the carpets cleaned and possibly touching up the interior paint at the very least. A pre-inspection with a structural inspector can better prepare you for uncovering issues that may be deal breakers for your buyer.
3. CURB APPEAL: Curb appeal is very important as it is the first impression a buyer has of your home and the way its been maintained. Consider investing in new bark for the yard. And, don’t forget the front door. Sometimes a new paint job and fresh kick plates can make a significant difference.
