I represented the buyer, who is purchasing property as an investment.  Originally listed at $329,500, I was able to negotiate a purchase price of $302,000.  This is a cute cottage in North Seattle near North Seattle Community College, Northgate Mall, and Medical Center, with easy Freeway access.  It will make a terrific rental and is a great investment!  A big plus for this property is the potential to build an ADU on the lot.  It could mean an additional rental unit.
