The British tabloid Daily Mail reports a new straw shaped sensor is believed to be 100% accurate and will be a simple, cost effective tool easily used to ditch a dangerous drink.
Stiring it into the drink will indicate the presence of two of the most common "date rape" drugs, ketamine and gamma-hydroxybutyric acid (GHB).

Fernando Patolsky, chemistry professor at Tel Aviv University and co-creator of the device, said they are also working to add the detection of Rohypnol, "ruffies" to the list of drugs it can detect.
