Local Open Houses, Courtesy of Windermere/Mercer Island (10/12 & 10/13/13)

If you are looking for an activity for your family this weekend, Be Well Washington: A Family Health Fair is scheduled for Saturday, October 12th, at Century Link Field. This is a free event – both entry and parking are FREE! In addition to free health screenings, free CPR lessons and free hair cuts, there’s a bunch of fun activities for children. Kids can learn how to grow a garden, see the Reptile Man, check out Seattle Fire Department Engine No. 10 up close and get their photos taken with the Seattle Seahawks’ mascot, Blitz.

There’s a healthy amount of open house activity scheduled for this weekend – pun intended =) Windermere Real Estate/Mercer Island agents will hold homes open on Mercer Island, in Redmond and West Seattle. On the Island, both homes are located on the Northend— they’re an iconic NW Contemporary home in a fresh Pacific Northwest Setting and a modern take on the Craftsman with a lovely, private back yard. Microsoft peeps- the condo in Redmond is move-in ready and near the Microsoft Campus.
