Jordan Church Lind was arrested last month at a Kirkland apartment and accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl.

Charging documents allege Lind paid the girl to perform sex acts at the downtown Kirkland apartment where he was living at the time of his arrest. He was arrested there on March 19. The documents list his current address as a Mercer Island residence.

Detectives first met with the alleged victim at a juvenile detention facility in Everett. The girl told police she had been working in prostitution earlier this year under an adult female pimp and that she had been taken to Kirkland at least four times to perform sex acts on a man later identified as Lind.

Police later served a search warrant on the residence in the 300 block of 6th Avenue and found Lind with a 20-year-old woman who has a history in prostitution.
