Update: Missing Woman Found

The King County Sheriff's Office was searching for Betty Bauder, 78, who was missing from her home near Covington.

Update:  9 a.m., From the King County Sheriffs Office:

"The 78 year-old woman missing yesterday since about 3:30 PM was found early this morning by searchers in a field in the 24500 block of 180th Ave SE.

 She was found just before 1:00 AM and taken by a fire department aid car to Auburn Hospital to be evaluated."

The King County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to help find a missing 78 year-old woman who suffers from dementia.

The missing woman, Betty Bauder, was last seen at her home at around 3:30 p.m. Friday in incorporated King County near Covington, where she lives with her daughter. 

She left on foot walking along the 24200 block of 156th Avenue SE.
Bauder's relatives have reported her missing in the past and say she is very mobile on foot or by public transit, and was once located after she was found taking a bus. 

The woman is 4’ 10” tall, 130 pounds, with gray hair and glasses. A photo is attached.
Anyone who recognizes the woman is advised to call the King County Sheriff’s Office at 206-296-3311 to call or 9-1-1.
