Overnight 520 Closures Planned this Week
WSDOT crews will close the eastbound lanes of the bridge from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. two nights this week.
The eastbound lanes of State Route 520 between Montlake Boulevard and 92nd Avenue Northeast will be closing at 11 p.m. on both Tuesday and Wednesday evening, according to information from the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
The closures are expected to be completed by 5 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. During the closures, WSDOT crews will perform utility work at 84th Avenue Northeast and complete other construction tasks.
The next full weekend closure will take place June 1-4 between Montlake Boulevard and I-405.

In other 520 news, a drawbridge opening is scheduled for 9:30 this morning to allow marine traffic through. WSDOT now enables drivers to sign up for drawspan opening alerts via text message or email (check box for "520 bridge opening.")
