Martin Luther King Jr. Day is a federal holiday and most public services and schools are closed (see the list of services affected below).
Mercer Island City Council has moved their regularly scheduled public meeting at 7 p.m. to tomorrow, Jan. 17, in observance of the holiday. The council also plans to meet for a 6 p.m. study session with WSDOT Tolling Director Craig Stone concerning highway operations since tolling on the 520 Floating Bridge began last month.
