Former Seahawk Matthew Flynn just sold his home in Issaquah, located 14229 228th Ave SE, Issaquah, WA 98027
Flynn signed on with the
Seahawks on March 18, 2012, for a three-year deal worth $19.5 million.
He bought his home in Issaquah a few months later, on May 31, 2012, for
$1.225 million. He was traded to the Oakland Raiders on April 2, 2013,
and listed his home a month later for $1.448 million. He dropped the
price in August, to $1.399 million, and it ultimately sold for $1.33
The lodge-style retreat
sits on nearly seven acres, with views of the Issaquah Valley and
mountains. It comes with a spacious gourmet kitchen, a spa-inspired
master suite, a five-car garage with shop, and a wine room. There’s also
a “man cave” with a pool table, bar and flat screen TV. Outside,
there’s a large deck with a fireplace and TV, so he’ll never miss a
game, even when enjoying the great outdoors. The listing photos show
footballs on display in the study, hinting at the owner.
