Romeo’s Tip of the Week: Take a Moment to Relax and Lose That Stress

improve your quality of life by reading posts by Romeo, the little black dog!

Hello everyone!

How’s the week played out for you? My week has been just splendid! I’ve had several play dates at the dog park with my friends. It’s really great to be able to run and play with my pals and burn off some of that pent-up energy. Some days though,I just don’t feel like doing anything but curling up on a comfy sofa (or momma’s lap) and taking a nap. Momma does that sometimes too! Or maybe, like her and some of my other human friends, you might like to grab a good book to read. Sometimes reading a book that makes you laugh or feel warm and fuzzy inside is just what you need to relax.

Depending on your objective for the day, you may be able to combine business with pleasure by reading a book about building a stronger company through innovative strategies. Little Black Dog Social Media & More can help you with that, and then you can just let that overwhelming stress just float away.My momma and the rest of the team are always working hard to find the best strategies to help their customers build a strong, prosperous and lasting business.

Sometimes when I see my momma on her computer hard at work for social media and more,I’ll go over to her and give her a little nudge. She stops and gives me a pet; it’s then I realize that I have helped her feel less stressed. It makes me wonder if other dog owners are lucky enough to have their dogs at work with them. I believe it would make their workplace a happier, less hectic place to work. Just think about how the other employess there, that may not be fortunate enough to have a dog of their own could benefit from a dog to pet during the day. Being less stressed out can,in turn, bring about a happier more productive employee to the company. There’s alot to be said about dogs in the workplace. . . . I for one am absolutely for it! What do you think?

My tip of the week: Take a moment to relax and lose that stress. . . . pet a dog, read a book, take a walk, take a bubble bath, or whatever works for you! It will improve your quality of life.

Just a short thought to get the word out quickly about anything in your neighborhood.
Share something with your neighbors. Write a new post... What's up? Make an announcement, speak your mind, or sell something

I'll be a bit more direct than Jerry. The new site is a mess. Visually it's extremely cluttered.Read More It's slow, very slow. There appear to be no RSS feeds, a major negative. Following a few links sometimes sends you to a different community's Patch site. And what happened with the editing staff. Unless I missed something, suddenly there are new editors without any warning. No matter what the circumstances, normally such a move would be accompanied by an announcement of some sort. Venice may be the greatest editor ever, but it looks like she is splitting her time among several Patch sites, so the odds are stacked against her. Her "latest activities" list even suggests that she is editing a Patch site down in the San Francisco Bay area. With all due respect, Patch sites should be hyper-local, and the best route to that is a local (i.e. Mercer Islander) editor.
